The Coastal Conservation Association of New York
is dedicated to the Conservation and Protection of New York’s
The Coastal Conservation Association, with 78 thousand
members, is a grass root based organization, with 15 state chapters
from Texas to Maine, whose focus is to protect the marine environment.
It is the goal of the New York CCA to provide leadership in protecting,
preserving and restoring the ecological integrity and productivity
of the state’s estuaries, tributaries and watersheds.
New York CCA consists of six chapters creating local
networks of volunteers throughout the state: Manhattan, Staten
Island, Western Suffolk, Hudson Valley, North Nassau, and South
